Nirman leads the strategic vision for Radish, drawing on a career defined by scaling world-class AI infrastructure. Most recently a Principal Engineer at Meta, he spearheaded Applied AI initiatives, building the first prototypes of agents that outperformed niche experts and generated billions in revenue. Nirman is a dual-degree graduate of IIT Delhi.
Agent Pioneer: Led the transition toward agentic workflows at Meta, witnessing the future of AI unfold in real-time.
Scale Expert: Engineered SAT solvers running billions of times per second and managed large-scale model safety with global regulators.
Technical Founder: Previously served as CTO at Aktivolabs and Head of Engineering at FinMechanics.
Adrian oversees the technical architecture of Radish, championing a "builder-first" engineering culture. After 12 years at Meta, Adrian left his role as a senior leader to return to his roots as a creator. He believes LLMs have solved the "write code fast" problem, allowing leaders to focus on what matters: prioritization, strategic execution, and architecture.
Privacy & Infrastructure: Led Meta's Privacy Infrastructure, reimagining the stack to bake in robust protections across billions of requests.
Performance Architect: Re-architected GraphQL and implemented ML-driven prefetching to double mobile performance and save millions in CAPEX.
The Agent Vision: Focused on removing the "unsatisfactory work" of engineering to unlock human creativity through AI Agents.
Ish drives the product philosophy at Radish, ensuring the platform is both intuitive for beginners and powerful for professionals. With ~15 years of experience across Google, JPMorgan, and Goldman Sachs, Ish specializes in transforming complex data and ML techniques into high-impact products.
AI Industrializer: At JPMorgan, he led the end-to-end build of EVA, an NLP automaton resolving hundreds of thousands of client queries and targeting $100M in annual savings.
Data Harmonizer: At Google, he managed petabyte-scale shopping data, focusing on masking complexity to provide fast, user-friendly interfaces for billion-user surfaces.
Quant Background: A former Goldman Sachs Quant/Strat and IIT Delhi alumnus, Ish brings rigorous quantitative standards to agent observability and evaluation.
